General Coaching

What is wellness coaching?

Wellness coaching is a structured, educational process focused on improving lifestyle foundations

such as movement, rest, hydration, whole foods, mindset, environment, stress regulation, and recovery.

My coaching integrates the 11 Pillars of Well-being to create sustainable change.

Is this medical treatment?

No. Coaching is educational and does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace medical care.

It supports lifestyle foundations that influence overall health and performance.

Is coaching virtual?

Yes. All coaching sessions are conducted virtually for flexibility and privacy.

For clients located locally, in-person sessions may be available for an additional $25 per session.

How do I know which coaching tier is right for me?

The Foundation Assessment Intensive is designed to evaluate your current health patterns and

determine whether short-term or longer-term coaching is appropriate.

Men's Coaching

What is different about the men’s coaching program?

The men’s coaching program is structured around performance physiology, stress load management, and sustainable leadership capacity.

Many high-achieving men operate in a chronic stress state, which impacts sleep quality, recovery, hormone balance, emotional regulation, and long-term vitality.

Using the 11 Pillars of Well-being framework, we focus on rebuilding foundational stability through movement alignment, rest and recovery structure, hydration, whole foods, environmental influence, emotional regulation, and nervous system recalibration.

The goal is not short-term motivation, but sustainable performance, clarity, and grounded leadership.

Do you address hormone health for men?

Yes. Testosterone levels naturally begin to decline after approximately age 30, and chronic stress, poor sleep, overtraining, alcohol use, and inconsistent nutrition can accelerate that decline.

Coaching focuses first on hormone-supportive lifestyle strategies including sleep optimization, stress regulation, recovery structure, hydration, whole foods, and movement alignment.

When appropriate, collaboration with licensed medical providers may be recommended. I work in coordination with trusted local clinics and compounding pharmacies when referrals are needed, while coaching remains centered on foundational lifestyle alignment and education.

Women's Coaching

Is coaching available for women?

Yes. Coaching is available for women at every stage of life, including perimenopause, menopause, and postmenopause.

Women’s coaching is structured around nervous system stability, hormonal transitions, metabolic resilience, and long-term vitality using the 11 Pillars of Well-being framework.

Hormonal shifts during midlife can influence sleep quality, mood regulation, body composition, stress tolerance, and energy levels. The goal is not symptom suppression, but foundational alignment.

Do you address women’s hormones?

Yes. During perimenopause and menopause, fluctuations in estrogen and progesterone can impact sleep, metabolism, recovery, emotional regulation, and cognitive clarity.

Coaching focuses first on hormone-supportive lifestyle strategies including movement alignment, rest and recovery structure, hydration, whole foods, stress regulation, and environmental design.

For postmenopausal women, the focus often shifts toward bone and muscle preservation, metabolic health, cardiovascular support, and sustainable strength.

When appropriate, collaboration with licensed medical providers may be recommended. I work in coordination with trusted local clinics and compounding pharmacies when referrals are needed, while coaching remains centered on lifestyle alignment and education.

This approach supports women in building stability, clarity, and confidence through every stage of hormonal transition.

Supplements, HRT, and Peptides

Do you recommend supplements, hormone replacement therapy, or peptides?

Coaching prioritizes foundational lifestyle alignment first. In some cases, clients may explore supplements, hormone replacement therapy, or peptide therapies under the supervision of a licensed medical provider.

I work collaboratively with a local clinic and compounding pharmacy in Palm Beach when referrals are appropriate. Any medical therapies are managed directly by licensed providers.

Coaching remains focused on lifestyle optimization and education.

Workbooks & Educational Resources

What are the digital workbooks?

The Ask Nurse Colleen workbooks are structured educational tools designed to help individuals implement the 11 Pillars of Well-being independently.

They are not medical treatment but serve as guided lifestyle resources.

Are the workbooks included in coaching?

Some tiers may include selected digital resources. Standalone workbooks are also available for purchase.
