Wellness coaching is a structured, educational process focused on improving lifestyle foundations
such as movement, rest, hydration, whole foods, mindset, environment, stress regulation, and recovery.
My coaching integrates the 11 Pillars of Well-being to create sustainable change.
Is this medical treatment?
No. Coaching is educational and does not diagnose, prescribe, or replace medical care.
It supports lifestyle foundations that influence overall health and performance.
Is coaching virtual?
Yes. All coaching sessions are conducted virtually for flexibility and privacy.
For clients located locally, in-person sessions may be available for an additional $25 per session.
How do I know which coaching tier is right for me?
The Foundation Assessment Intensive is designed to evaluate your current health patterns and
determine whether short-term or longer-term coaching is appropriate.
