I’m Colleen Murray, a Registered Nurse and Holistic Health Coach with over a decade of experience helping people reclaim their health, energy, and joy. My background includes years of hands-on nursing in medical-surgical and home health care, as well as leadership roles as Director and Assistant Director of Nursing. Along the way, I saw how powerful it is to combine science-based medicine with holistic wellness — and I made it my mission to bring that balance to every client I work with.

That means nourishing your body with the right foods, staying hydrated, moving in ways that keep you strong, getting restorative sleep, and developing healthy ways to manage stress. A Personal Touch

My path to wellness coaching began with my own struggles. For years, I battled depression, anxiety, and chronic pain. I knew something had to change, but I felt overwhelmed and unsure where to start. Bit by bit, I began making small but powerful shifts — eating more nourishing foods, moving my body regularly, living with intention, and making my health a true priority. Over time, everything started to improve — my mood lifted, my energy returned, and my quality of life transformed. Now, it’s my mission to help others find their own path to feeling better, one intentional choice at a time.
