As a Registered Nurse, I’ve seen how often people are left wanting more guidance than the traditional system provides. I help people slow down, understand what their bodies are asking for, and move toward feeling better supported.

ABOUT NURSE COLLEEN

I’m Colleen Murray, a holistic health coach with over a decade of experience working across clinical care, education, leadership, and integrative wellness. I’ve supported people in hospital settings, home health, cardiac care, and nursing leadership, and I’ve also spent years teaching, mentoring, and guiding others toward sustainable health from the inside out.

My work extends beyond traditional healthcare. I’ve been an instructor, author, and wellness educator, creating tools and programs that help people better understand their bodies, habits, and nervous systems. I’ve also worked as a leader and educator in the cannabis and psychedelic wellness space, exploring alternative and emerging approaches to healing through an evidence-informed and ethical lens.

Earlier in my career, I was deeply involved in the fitness world as a certified personal trainer and partner in a gym ownership venture. That experience shaped how I view movement, behavior change, and accountability, not as extremes, but as realistic, supportive practices that fit real life.

Across all of these roles, one truth became clear. Lasting wellness doesn’t come from doing more or trying harder. It comes from understanding how daily habits, stress patterns, and lifestyle choices interact with the body and nervous system over time.

Ask Nurse Colleen was created to bring all of that experience together. My goal is to offer grounded, compassionate, evidence-informed guidance that helps people feel more supported, more confident, and more in control of their health so they can get back to living their lives.

MY PHILOSOPHY

True wellness begins when we look at the whole person, not just isolated symptoms. Health is shaped by daily patterns, how you eat, move, sleep, manage stress, and care for your mental and emotional well-being, all working together over time.

I believe lasting health is built on a strong, stable foundation. That foundation includes nourishment that works for your body, consistent hydration, movement that supports strength and mobility, restorative rest, and healthier ways to respond to stress. When these elements are aligned, you’re not just managing your health, you’re creating the conditions for sustainable wellness.

Wellness isn’t about perfection or rigid rules. It’s about building realistic habits you can maintain, support you can rely on, and a lifestyle that works in real life.

WHO I HELP

I work with people who are ready to take an active role in their health and want to feel more balanced, energized, and grounded in daily life. Many come feeling stuck in survival mode, constantly tired, stressed, or unsure where to begin.

Whether you’re dealing with low energy, poor sleep, chronic stress, or simply don’t feel like yourself anymore, I meet you where you are. Together, we create a clear, personalized path forward that helps you move from feeling overwhelmed and depleted toward feeling confident, supported, and more at ease in your body and life.

Feeling better is possible, even if you’re not sure where to start.

ROOTED IN REAL EXPERIENCE

My work is shaped not only by my nursing background, but by lived experience. There was a time when depression, anxiety, chronic stress, and trauma left me feeling disconnected from my body and unsure how to move forward.

Through that process, I learned that meaningful change doesn’t come from quick fixes. It comes from small, consistent shifts that support the body and nervous system over time. Those lessons now inform how I support others, with patience, realism, and compassion for where they are starting.

Your wellness journey starts with one step.
I’d be honored to take it with you.
